Paula Oldhoff
Paula is part of the Corporate Law team. She assists and advises various Dutch and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. With a sharp eye, dedication and an analytical approach, Paula is committed to her clients.
Before joining the Corporate Law team, Paula was a member of the Sanctions Law & Internal Investigations team. Prior to starting her career as a lawyer, she spent two years at the Public Prosecution Service. This background has given her valuable experience at the intersection of regulation and enforcement, enabling her to advise and assist clients in a focused manner with a keen eye for compliance and risk management.
