Marieke Plaisier

Marieke is an experienced corporate M&A lawyer advising both Dutch and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, buyouts, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance and restructurings. Prior to joining Van Doorne, Marieke gained experience at an international law firm, where she advised clients on complex domestic and international transactions.

Alongside her M&A practice, Marieke has developed experience in foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and regulatory matters. She has a keen eye for identifying regulatory challenges early in the deal process, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
