Van Doorne advises Aptean on acquisition of FleetGO Group from Main Capital Partners

The acquisition of FleetGO expands Aptean’s transportation and fleet management capabilities, particularly in Europe, and further strengthens its supply chain management offering. FleetGO provides an AI-enabled, cloud-based logistics platform combining transportation management, fleet operations, warehouse management, telematics and compliance solutions. FleetGO supports more than 8,100 customers and employs more than 250 people across nine European offices.

The addition of FleetGO complements Aptean’s existing portfolio of industry-specific enterprise software and further strengthens its ability to support its global enterprise resource planning and supply chain management customer base with end-to-end solutions for road transport, fleet and warehouse operations.
