Together with Philippine Pranger, Head of AI & Innovation, he leads the multidisciplinary AI team. The team runs an integrated AI programme across the firm — from strategic policy to the practical deployment of AI tools in both legal workflows and internal business operations. They work daily on secure LLM implementation, workflow optimisation, and practical AI training for all colleagues, so they can improve their quality, work more effectively, and unlock new possibilities with AI.
