Nova is part of Van Doorne’s Corporate Law team. She assists clients with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and advises on corporate governance.
Previously, Nova was part of the Litigation team for a year and a half, where she represented clients in commercial and corporate disputes and advised on liability issues.
After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Law at Tilburg University, Nova graduated cum laude from the same university with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law Practice: Property & Insolvency Law.
