Max Ekering

Max is part of Van Doorne’s Corporate Law team. He assists clients with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and advises on corporate governance.

Previously, Max was part of the Litigation team for a year and a half, where he represented clients in commercial disputes and advised on liability issues. This experience enables Max to identify and effectively mitigate (liability) risks for clients arising from transactions in advance.

Max completed his Master’s degree in Civil Law with distinction at Leiden University. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam.
