Henry works as a lawyer within Van Doorne’s Financing & Restructuring team. He advises national and international borrowers and financial institutions. He has experience in acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance, real estate finance, shipping finance, FPSO (floating production, storage and offloading) finance, aircraft finance, factoring, trade and export finance and restructuring.

His service is characterised by a focus on results. Finding pragmatic solutions is paramount in this regard. His broad and thorough knowledge of various forms of financing enables him to analyse information quickly and accurately and to keep a good pace going in transactions. In this regard, he relies on his extensive experience of working within national and international multidisciplinary teams.

Besides being a lawyer, Henry also studied business administration. As a result, he is better able to translate the legal aspects of cases into an effective strategy that suits the client’s business operations. Moreover, with his grounding in sustainable finance and ESG finance, his knowledge aligns well with clients’ rapidly changing business environments and business models.
