Tanya van Kessel

Tanya is part of the Corporate Law team. She acts for various Dutch and foreign companies, private equity funds and other investors. Tanya specialises in mergers & acquisitions and also has broad knowledge of corporate law in a general sense.

Prior to this, Tanya worked in the Real Estate & Construction team, where she mainly dealt with commercial real estate transactions, public-private partnerships, construction law and property development.

Tanya obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and then a master’s degree in corporate law from the University of Amsterdam. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a term studying law at Tulane University in New Orleans.
