Daan Beenders

Daan is Head of Litigation at Van Doorne.
He specialises in liability law and contract law, litigation and mass claims.
Before joining Van Doorne as head litigation, Daan was a litigation partner at another leading law firm for more than 10 years.
Daan uses his expertise to support leading companies in both national and international complex commercial disputes.
He has been involved in numerous high-profile cases in the Netherlands as lead counsel and his work has earned him the ILO’s Client Choice Award for best litigator in the Netherlands.
Daan also serves as a deputy judge at the North Holland District Court. He publishes and lectures widely on his field.
