Charlotte’s talents are on the language side, with a penchant for plain language, but with the analytical eye of a scientist. This enables her to get to the heart of complex issues and then translate them into clear and concise documents. Her approach is meticulous, with an eye for detail whilst maintaining an overview.

As a litigator, Charlotte focuses on the financial sector. She litigates and advises on a variety of financial and commercial disputes, focusing on (financial) liability law, banking duty of care, commercial contract law, financing and securities.

Previously, Charlotte gained experience in structured finance transactions, including securitisations, covered bonds and asset-based finance. She also completed the postgraduate Grotius specialist course in business and liability (cum laude).
