Berend Wardenier

Berend is a member of Van Doorne’s European and Competition Law team, where he advises on and litigates a wide range of matters relating to European and competition law. His focus is particularly on merger control cases, strategic collaborations and regulatory investigations. He also handles various competition litigation cases. Thanks to his background in Van Doorne’s Litigation team, Berend possesses a valuable combination of experience.

Berend is characterised by a combination of communication skills, empathy and a keen insight into human interactions. He studied law at Utrecht University. He subsequently completed Master’s degrees in Business & Law and Law & Economics at the same university.
