Sijbren is a lawyer who specialises in pension law and he has extensive knowledge of the pensions sector. Among other things, Sijbren advises and litigates on pension transitions, e.g. those arising from the Future Pensions Act, collective value transfers, outsourcing, liquidations, changes to pension schemes, compulsory and exempted sectoral pension funds, regulatory issues and duty of care issues.
