Yeliz advises parties that operate in the pension sector, as well as Dutch and foreign companies, on various pension-related issues. She also has extensive experience in advising on mandatory participation in sectoral pension funds, pension issues in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, amending pension schemes and liquidations of pension funds. In addition, Yeliz assists various pension providers with governance issues and issues relating to the Future of Pensions Act.
