Van Doorne Advises CorpPerformance BidCo on Acquisition of AMCO Solutions

Deutsche Private Equity strengthens its corporate performance management portfolio with a cross-border add-on acquisition.

Van Doorne has advised CorpPerformance BidCo AG on the acquisition of all shares in AMCO Solutions Holding B.V. from six selling shareholders. As part of the transaction, agreements were also reached regarding reinvestment in the AMCO group by the sellers.

AMCO Solutions Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries provide software development and IT services specialising in corporate performance management, primarily serving Dutch and Danish clients across eleven jurisdictions. The acquisition is an add-on to Deutsche Private Equity’s earlier acquisition of CPM Partners Ltd, a Switzerland-based company active in the same sector, completed in 2025.

Given the international footprint of the AMCO group, due diligence was conducted in collaboration with Danish law firm HortenDahl and Philippine law firm Romulo.
