Jasper Boiten

Jasper is part of the Property & Structured Finance team. This team specialises in providing guidance and advice on national and international property and project financing and structured finance transactions. They assist both financiers and borrowers.
Jasper previously worked in the Financial & Insolvency Litigation team. The focus here was on advising and litigating with regard to financial institutions, financing and security disputes, restructurings and insolvency law.
Jasper completed his bachelor’s degree in Law at Utrecht University. He also completed a master’s degree in Private Law at this university, with a focus on Commercial Property Law (cum laude).
