Guus Zondag
Guus is a lawyer and part of the Commercial team at Van Doorne. This team litigates and provides expert advice on the legal aspects of commercial contracts, drafts contracts, and guides contract negotiations for both Dutch and international clients.
He obtained his master’s degree in Dutch Private Law, specializing in Commercial Property Law, from Utrecht University (cum laude). Before becoming a lawyer, Guus taught the subjects of property law, contract law, and insolvency law at the same university. Thanks to this previous work experience, he distinguishes himself through his extensive knowledge of (commercial) private law and his excellent presentation and teaching skills.
Guus previously worked at Van Doorne in the Real Estate Financing team. There, he was involved in various (re)financing transactions.
