Fabian van Hal
Clients commend Fabian for his in-depth professional knowledge and extensive litigation experience. He recognizes that administrative law is constantly evolving and rarely exists in isolation; behind every legal proceeding or request for advice lies a business, individual, or government body that must move forward based on the outcome. Fabian serves a diverse clientele and possesses experience across the full spectrum of administrative law—ranging from environmental law and Natura 2000 issues to regulatory supervision and enforcement.
Wherever possible, Fabian advises clients at an early stage to minimize the risk of disputes and enable them to act based on a clear strategy.
For Fabian, academia and legal practice go hand in hand. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is pursuing a PhD in administrative enforcement law at the University of Groningen. He regularly publishes case notes and articles in authoritative administrative law journals, such as AB and Gemeentestem, and frequently speaks at administrative law conferences.
