Daan Douw

Daan is part of the Corporate Law team and focuses on assisting with mergers and acquisitions and advising on joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. Previously, Daan was part of the Litigation team, where he gained valuable experience in the areas of contract law and liability law. This combination of expertise enables Daan to respond quickly and effectively to the challenges that arise in mergers and acquisitions and to resolve complex issues.
