Daan Douw
Daan is part of the Litigation team. He represents and advises clients in complex (international) disputes in the areas of corporate law, contract law and liability law. In doing so, Daan has a particular affinity with civil procedural law.
Previously, Daan was part of the Corporate Law team, where he gained valuable experience in guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions and advising on matters relating to joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. This combination of expertise enables Daan to respond swiftly and effectively to the challenges that arise in disputes and to resolve complex legal issues.
