Simone is an expert in corporate litigation where she acts for leading national and international companies in various liability proceedings.

In particular, Simone has extensive experience in the accountancy sector. She assists accountants and accountancy firms that are being sued or at risk of being sued and/or that are involved in extensive and complex disciplinary or civil proceedings. She also advises accountancy firms on issues relating to their relationship with the regulator and assists accountants by providing legal advice on advisory and audit work.

Simone studied economics after studying law. She is analytical and honest in her approach to cases and has a clear and practical way of advising with an eye for all the strategic and other interests of the client.

Simone is on the board of the Vereniging Jaarrekeningenrecht (Accounting Law Association), has completed the Grotius Course on Corporate Litigation and the Executive Development Programme at Tias Nimbas.
