Okke is part of the Financial & Insolvency Litigation team. As a litigation lawyer, Okke focuses on the financial sector. He litigates and advises on a wide range of financial and commercial disputes, with a focus on (financial) liability law, banking duty of care, commercial contract law, financing, and securities.
Previously, he worked with the Funds & Investment Management department, where he was involved in financial regulatory law and financial contracting.
Okke has an academic background in both finance and financial law, allowing him to approach issues from both perspectives.
