Tessa Pieksma

Tessa is a candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate Law team.

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in notarial law from Radboud University in Nijmegen, Tessa also obtained master’s degrees in notarial law and tax law from the same university. Tessa joined Van Doorne in 2019 and focuses on commercial corporate law, particularly in the areas of (international) restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
