Jesse is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and strategic partnerships. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, management participations and restructurings.
Clients appreciate Jesse for his empathy, creativity and pragmatic approach, which enable him to find innovative and sustainable solutions to a wide range of challenges and problems.
Before joining Van Doorne, Jesse worked at various leading (international) law firms, gaining particular experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Jesse studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen and completed the postgraduate specialisation programme in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Grotius Academy with distinction.
