Verzekeringen
Als verzekeraar staat de relatie met uw verzekerden voorop. Daarnaast is uw verhouding met andere verzekeraars van belang. Van Doorne richt zich op de dekking die u wilt bieden en de wijze waarop u voor uw verzekerden klaar staat. Ontstaan geschillen dan lossen wij deze op een efficiënte manier op met oog voor de belangen van alle betrokken partijen. Indien nodig springen wij ook voor u en uw verzekerden in de bres en voeren verweer tegen onterechte claims.
Activiteiten
Vrijwel alle soorten verzekeringen vallen binnen ons werkterrein. Daarbij vormen de zogenaamde financial lines, zoals bestuurders- en beroepsaansprakelijkheid en fraudeverzekeringen, de kern. Daarnaast zijn algemeen aansprakelijkheid-, cyber- en warranty & indemnity-verzekeringen vertrouwde producten. Daarbij levert onze kantoorbrede expertise significant toegevoegde waarde.
We werken al jaren met en voor verzekeraars. De Chambers-ranglijsten en de Legal 500 erkennen Van Doorne dan ook al vele jaren als een ‘Tier 1′-verzekeringskantoor. Onze langdurige relaties met nationale en internationale verzekeraars en verzekeringsprogramma’s vormen de basis van en voor onze sterke verzekeringspraktijk. Via ons kantoor in Londen bouwen we deze praktijk verder uit.
Netwerk
Onze aanwezigheid in Londen illustreert onze internationale oriëntatie. Wij adviseren verzekeraars regelmatig in grensoverschrijdende zaken. Dankzij de onafhankelijke positie van Van Doorne beschikken wij over een uitgebreid netwerk van lokale specialisten op het gebied van aansprakelijkheids- en/of verzekeringsrecht waarop wij een beroep kunnen doen.
