Tanya van Kessel

Tanya is a member of the Corporate team. She advises Dutch and foreign companies, private equity funds and other investors. Tanya focuses on business law in the broad sense, including mergers & acquisitions and private equity.

Before joining the Corporate team, Tanya was a member of the Real Estate & Construction team, focusing on commercial real estate, Dutch and international property transactions, public-private partnership, construction law and project development.

Committed. Goal-oriented. Enthusiastic.

Tanya obtained her bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law and her master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Amsterdam. During her LL.B. she studied a semester abroad at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans.
