Rob is a highly experienced (and internationally recommended) tax law specialist. Rob advises on tax issues in the real estate practice (transactions and funds), the mergers and acquisition practice as well as on internal reorganisations and business successions.

Rob specifically focuses on sales and transfer tax. He has gained a wealth of experience in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) practice, including advising public authorities, schools and healthcare institutions on real estate and/or infrastructure projects.

Together with his corporate and/or real estate colleagues, Rob advises on the tax issues arising within the aforementioned focus areas. In this regard, Rob is an expert in combining the corporate aspects as well as the transfer and sales tax aspects into one integrated tax and civil law advice.
