Derk Jansen

Derk is part of Van Doorne’s Corporate Law team and he focuses on assisting in mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising on joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. Due to his valuable experience within the IT & Outsourcing team, he is good at pragmatically solving complex legal issues with an IT component. He is able to address technological issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions quickly and effectively.

Derk has the ability to get to the heart of a problem quickly and to find solutions that are widely supported. Moreover, he is a team player, both with clients and with his colleagues within Van Doorne. These qualities enable him to involve the right people at the right time, leading to optimal results.
