Van Doorne proudly advised Navitas Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Dijkstra Plastics – a third-generation family business and leading manufacturer of 100% recyclable plastic packaging buckets.

This partnership enables Dijkstra Plastics to accelerate its international growth strategy while further strengthening its position as an innovator in sustainable and circular packaging solutions. The company currently exports to 37 countries, serving sectors including food, animal feed, paint & construction, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Van Doorne provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction process, covering deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation and negotiations.
