Victor Houtman

Victor is part of the Energy, Industry and Renewables team, where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), JV structuring and commercial contracting. Prior to this, Victor worked in the Arbitration team for two years. He represented clients both in proceedings before the Dutch courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings, including investment arbitration and post-M&A/commercial arbitration.

Victor obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Groningen. He then completed a master’s degree in private law, specialising in commercial legal practice, at the University of Amsterdam (cum laude).
