Cézanne Alsemgeest

Cézanne advises a wide range of international and national clients, from private equity firms to organizations in the semi-public sector. She primarily provides counsel on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and transactions involving taxation in a broad sense, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and dividend tax.

Cézanne earned her bachelor’s degree in tax law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and later completed her master’s in tax law at VU University Amsterdam. She leverages her enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to help clients focus on their core business.
