Lemke maakt deel uit van het team Procesrecht. Zij procedeert en adviseert over complexe (internationale) geschillen op het gebied van het ondernemingsrecht, contractenrecht en aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Voordat Lemke onderdeel werd van het team Procesrecht, maakte zij deel uit van het Privacy team van Van Doorne. Met een scherp oog voor detail en kennis van de relevante materie, zet Lemke zich in om de belangen van haar cliënten te behartigen en gaat daarbij voor het beste resultaat.
Lemke volgde de bachelor IT-recht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Hier heeft zij aansluitend ook de master IT-recht behaald. Vervolgens heeft Lemke de master Gezondheidsrecht afgerond aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.
