Maurits Hes
Maurits is part of the Real Estate team as a jurist/advisor. Maurits has now been working as a real estate specialist (and former civil-law notary) in the (mainly notarial) real estate practice for almost 25 years.
He specialises in project development and real estate transactions and assists and advises market parties including project developers, investors, housing associations and public authorities on contract and deed formation, among other things.
