Annerie has been a civil-law notary for over 25 years and specializes in commercial real estate and real estate financing.

In addition to real estate, Annerie is passionate about the Dutch and European general notarial practice and has been committed to it throughout her career. In doing so, she emphasizes the notary’s role as legal advisor, both in the commercial world, and also the notary’s preventive role for private practice, in access to justice for all.

Annerie makes a difference for clients because she understands that a solution only works if it fits the client’s organization. Through her years of work experience in real estate and real estate finance, Annerie will always come up with a customized solution that the client can move forward with. Annerie believes that mutual trust between client and advisor is essential for optimal assistance to the client.

In her role as notary, Annerie has long been involved in major real estate and property development projects throughout the Netherlands. With her long-term and deep expertise in property law, combined with a pragmatic and connecting approach, she has built up a longstanding client base, both in project development, with construction and real estate companies, with real estate funds and financiers, as well as in the healthcare and education sectors.

In addition to her role as notary/partner, Annerie has been board chair of the  Royal Dutch Notary Association since January 2021 and in that role she makes a strong case for the Dutch and – through her role in the CNUE – for the European notarial profession. Previously, she did this regionally as region president of the Amsterdam Region. Furthermore, her real estate expertise comes in handy in her role as a member of the Supervisory Board of the “Zorgeloos Vastgoed” arrangement system.
