Tim advises on (inter)national financing transactions and restructurings. He advises both financiers (banks, private equity, insurers, loan funds) and borrowers (investors, fund and asset managers, and developers) on bilateral and syndicated loans (senior & mezzanine), and complex restructurings.
Tim believes that only through deep mutual trust between client and lawyer can the client be best served, thereby creating a competitive edge for the client.
Tim studied at Utrecht University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in law. He then completed his master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.
