Joost Morsink

Joost specialises in assisting and advising on Dutch and international real estate and project-related financing transactions. He advises both lenders (banks, insurers, loan funds) and borrowers (investors, fund and asset managers and developers) on senior, whole loan, mezzanine and loan-on-loan transactions and the purchase, sale and restructuring of existing finance transactions with a focus on commercial real estate finance, including offices, hotels, logistics, (light) industrial and retail.
