From the Amsterdam and London offices she assists in national/international real estate finance, project finance and structured finance transactions. She also advises on the purchase and sale of loan portfolios (performing and sub-/non-performing) and restructuring solutions. Angelique is a highly experienced specialist in Dutch and cross-border secured finance transactions.

Angelique has a PhD in Dutch, English and German law on the subject of collective security arrangements for club loans and syndicated loans and capital market transactions.
