Hanne van 't Klooster

Hanne specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions and joint ventures. She also has wide-ranging knowledge of corporate law in a general sense and, more specifically, corporate governance.

She also has experience in legal proceedings on warranty claims, directors’ liability and enquiry proceedings before the Netherlands Enterprise Court at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, among other things.

Hanne focuses on media and technology in particular.
