She has extensive experience in large, complex disputes, both in disputes conducted through established arbitration institutes (ICC, NAI) and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. Bregje is involved in the largest and most complex commercial arbitrations in the Netherlands, with her client portfolio extending to major players in the energy sector, such as multinationals with a dominant presence in the Netherlands. Bregje has experience in various sectors (construction, transport, defence, shipbuilding, IT, pharmaceuticals).
