On the morning of Thursday 8 October, Van Doorne and Danish firm Kromann Reumert are co-hosting an exclusive session during the IBA Annual Conference in Copenhagen, designed for a select group of friendly firms active as banking & finance and restructuring specialists.

Joost Volkers, Jelmer Baukema (Van Doorne) and Andreas Boe Laulund and Teis Gullitz-Wormslev (Kromann Reumert) will address the deceptively simple but practically complex question facing any international adviser dealing with a distressed European debtor: where do you go, what tools are available, and will they work everywhere that matters? Topics include the forum decision, the WHOA’s jurisdictional reach, the recognition landscape, COMI migration, and coordinated cross-border proceedings in practice.
