Claudia Rijckenberg

Claudia is a deputy State Advocate on the State legal team and focuses on tax collection law, attachment and enforcement law, as well as securities and insolvency law. She acts in proceedings for the Tax Collector and the Ministry of Finance.

Claudia studied Dutch law (cum laude) at Radboud University Nijmegen. After that she completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialist course on insolvency law (cum laude).

Before joining Van Doorne, Claudia held various legal positions in academia and practice with a focus on finance, securities, financial restructuring and insolvency. She regularly publishes in leading legal literature. Claudia is a member of INSOL International, INSOL Europe and is a Fellow of INSOLAD.
