Van Doorne has advised AURELIUS on acquisition of Louwman Group’s care division
Van Doorne has advised AURELIUS Private Equity Mid-Market Buy Out on the acquisition of the care division of family-owned Louwman Group. The care division consists of five business units that provide mobility aids, home adaptations and vehicle modifications for people with mobility impairments to municipalities, care offices, institutions and private individuals throughout the Netherlands.
AURELIUS is a global private equity investor with an operational approach, specialising in complex investments with potential for operational improvement, such as carve-outs, platform build-ups and business successions.
Van Doorne assisted AURELIUS throughout the entire transaction process, including structuring, due diligence, contract documentation, negotiations and closing.
