Van Doorne Advises Bouwinvest on €200 Million Green Credit Facility.

Van Doorne is proud to have advised Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors on a €200 million green revolving credit facility provided by Rabobank for their Dutch Institutional Residential Fund. This innovative financing solution supports Bouwinvest’s strategy to rejuvenate and enhance the sustainability of urban housing in areas where demand for rental homes is strongest.

The facility enables Bouwinvest to remain agile in the dynamic residential market whilst accelerating its efforts to improve the sustainability and quality of its property portfolio. The financing is secured by three EU Taxonomy-aligned properties, including the iconic Pontsteiger building in Amsterdam.
