Working within the Corporate Law team, Femke’s practice areas include assisting with mergers and acquisitions and advising on joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. Previously, Femke was with the Criminal Sanctions & Investigations team, where she gained valuable experience in the areas of corporate criminal law, sanctions, investigations and business conduct & compliance. This unique combination of expertise enables Femke to guide clients through complex situations and multidisciplinary issues.
