




Lieke Bartelsman

Lieke is an experienced attorney within our Healthcare & Life Sciences team, distinguished by her ability to combine in-depth expertise in healthcare law with a broad legal foundation and background in medicine. This combination enables her to approach complex issues within the healthcare sector from multiple perspectives. Her approach is characterized by commitment, accuracy and the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.
Within the full breadth of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, Lieke focuses in particular on sector-specific proceedings for healthcare institutions in cure and care, such as tariff disputes. She also specializes in strategic issues with important health law aspects, WNT-related issues and complex legal issues of university medical centers at the interface of healthcare and education.
Lieke completed the Grotius postgraduate course in Health Law and is a member of the Health Law Association. In addition to her legal practice, she serves as chair of both the advisory committee and the disputes committee of the Registration Committee for Medical Specialists (RGS) at the Royal Dutch Medical Association (KNMG).
