Daniël Zielstra

Daniël advises a wide range of international and national clients, ranging from private equity parties to the semi-public sector. He contributes to advice pertaining, mainly, to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and transactions involving taxation in a broad sense, including (international) corporation tax and dividend tax.

Daniël studied tax law at Leiden University, after which he obtained a master’s degree in private law from the University of Amsterdam. With a combination of drive, enthusiasm and dedication to substance, Daniël is ready to contribute to solutions to the issues faced by Van Doorne’s clients.
