Van Doorne has advised Deutsche Private Equity and its portfolio company CPM Partners on the acquisition of AMCO

Van Doorne has advised Deutsche Private Equity, and its portfolio company CorpPerformance BidCo AG, on the acquisition of all shares in AMCO Solutions Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries. The transaction is expected to reach completion by Q2 2026.

The AMCO Solutions group is based in 11 jurisdictions and provides software development and IT services in the field of corporate performance management. Following this transaction, the AMCO Solutions group will join forces with Switzerland based CPM Partners, which is operating in the same field and was acquired by Deutsche Private Equity in 2025.

Van Doorne acted as lead counsel alongside Bär & Karrer AG as Swiss counsel, HortenDahl Advocatpartnerselskab as Danish counsel and Romulo Buenaventura Law Offices as Philippine counsel. The multidisciplinary team of Van Doorne was led by Friso Foppes and further consisted of Tanya van Kessel, Tess Lont, Tess Klappe, Max Ekering, Siego Boslooper, Jordie Bakker, Elisabeth Thole, Victor Gielen, Lotte van Kessel, Carlijn Gerritsen, Yeliz Tintin, Wander de Kort, Lodewijk Heinsman, Merel Hazes and Sophie Slangen.
