Launch Student & Starter Social Living Housing (SSLV)

We advised our valued and longstanding client Rockfield Real Estate, a leading European investment manager focused on sustainable housing solutions for students and young professionals, on its partnership with ABP to develop sustainable and affordable rental housing in the Netherlands.

The partnership, established under the name Student & Starter Social Living Venture (SSLV), has launched with an initial capital commitment of €350 million and aims to deliver more than 2,000 rental homes through a focus on large-scale residential projects in student cities facing acute housing shortages, with a long-term focus on affordability, quality and resilience.
