




Rogier Schellaars

Rogier recognized in arbitration and international procedural law. In particular, he advises and litigates on post-acquisition, joint-venture and investment issues. Rogier acts for commercial parties and States – on both the respondent and claimant side.
In addition, Rogier is a member of (among others) the DIS Arbitration Council and until recently was a member of the ICC Court of International Arbitration. He is an active contributor to the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), the Law Firm School and the Dutch Arbitration Association. He also publishes in professional journals and for the International Bar Association and the Max Planck Institute. Rogier has studied both English and Dutch law. He has been recommended (with his team and individually) by Chambers Global & Europe and Legal 500 for almost a decade. The arbitration practice has also been recognised in the Global Arbitration Review 100 list for three consecutive years.
