Onno Boerstra Dealmaker of the Year 2018

Van Doorne partner and M&A lawyer Onno Boerstra has once again been named Dealmaker of the Year by OverFusies League Tables 2018. Boerstra advised 18 deals with a total value of 12.10 billion euros.

Boerstra indicates that 2018 was a good year for the entire market. “Especially for sellers. This results in high prices and valuation multiples, with some investors tending to offer just that little bit more than they would actually like”, says Boerstra to Advocatie.nl.
