Van Doorne dedicated arbitration team works from both Amsterdam and from our hub-office in London. The arbitration teams is embded in our firm’s 90+ lawyer dispute resolution team. The focus is on commercial and investment arbitration work, be it under the rules of the NAI or other (inter)national institutes (LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL, among many others).

The team is bi-lingual English-Dutch and versed in both civil law and common law concepts and procedure.
