Van Doorne cannot receive client monies* in matters for lawyers, because the firm does not have a client monies foundation (‘Stichting Beheer Derdengelden Advocatuur’) at its disposal. Legal costs awards, escrow accounts and other third-party funds will not be accepted.

* funds relating to the service provided by the lawyer which are not intended for the advocate in connection with their acting in that capacity, but for the client or a third party, with the exception of disbursements and court fees.

For security reasons, we recommend that you always verify our account number in notarial services against the account number listed below.
